Per word or hour billing?
At Ontelio, we prioritize clarity and simplicity in our billing process. We provide detailed calculations based on either the number of words in the transcript or the number of hours of call recordings processed. We do not offer pricing based on seconds or minutes.
Per Word Billing
Our services are billed per word, we calculate the total number of words processed and multiply it by our per-word rate. For example, if our transcription service is billed at $0.00005 per word, and you process 10,000 words, your cost would be approximately:
